To purchase any of our products, you are required to be at least 18 years of age. If for any reason a customer would wish to cancel an order, just email us at MegaLureLLC@gmail.com and we will review your request and grant it as long as you cancel before delivery.

Returns
All sales are final, we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of our products.
Hours of Operation
We are opened from 9AM to 5PM every day for our online services.
Our store hours within Berlin Farmer‘s Market in Berlin NJ, are as follows:
By appointment on Thursdays,
Noon to 7PM on Fridays,
10:30AM to 6:30PM on Saturday,
Noon to 6PM on Sundays.
Payment
Payment is preferred via secure payment processing through GoDaddy services. By purchasing our products, you are hereby confirming that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
Sales Tax
There will be a 7% sales tax imposed on all products. It is our civic duty and a requirement by law to pay tax. Most importantly, paying taxes support our common resources.
Discounts
We are military and law enforcement friendly, we offer 15% discount on all purchases made by our Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Clientele. We offer 30% off to all Veterans and Military every November. We reserve the right to demand proof of military and law enforcement service to validate discount. We also offer seasonal discounts which will be advertised as such when made available. We also furnish a 10% discount to our Senior clientele.

We go through rigorous tests and trouble shooting to ensure safe operation of our rods and baits. We guarantee safe fishing, therefore, once our rods and baits are sold, we cannot be held liable for any injuries due to operator error. ML LLC advocates only safe fishing.
